    September 14th is the 16th annual Don Jennings Dinner. Every year someone is presented with an award to honer their contribution to human and civil rights. It is the highest honor that the Manistee Democratic Party can award. Selection will be made at the August 15th meeting. Please make the reason that you nominate the person as complete and persuasive as you can. Don't forget to click on "Submit."
